What are Knowledge Products?
We define research based “knowledge products” as surveys that are
of direct benefit to members. Examples include compensation and benefits information or benchmarking and best practices surveys.
In our experience, many associations miss opportunities to provide their members with “knowledge products”. We have found that this information can help members:
- Address key challenges
- Aid in their decision making
- Advance their businesses and careers
For the association, “Knowledge products” demonstrate thought leadership and they provide members with unique value that will drive member attraction and retention.
As an additional benefit, they provide the potential for non-dues
revenue through sponsorship opportunities.
